Sav-Rx is searching for additional Customer Service Representatives to staff its growing call center.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone and email to answer questions concerning prescription benefits
- Utilize healthcare information systems to answer inquiries from customers about their prescription benefits
- Follow up and follow through with all customer inquiries
- Maintain performance and quality standards based on established call center metrics including turn-around time
Qualifications:
- A can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and attendance
- Typing/Ten Key ability
- Computer experience and ability to learn various in-house programs
- PBM experience not necessary – will train the right person
