Sav-Rx is searching for additional Customer Service Representatives to staff its growing call center.
Responsibilities:

Interact with customers via phone and email to answer questions concerning prescription benefits
Utilize healthcare information systems to answer inquiries from customers about their prescription benefits
Follow up and follow through with all customer inquiries
Maintain performance and quality standards based on established call center metrics including turn-around time

Qualifications:

A can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills and attendance
Typing/Ten Key ability
Computer experience and ability to learn various in-house programs
PBM experience not necessary – will train the right person
