MemoryShare is seeking an Account Manager to assist our customers to make the most out of their subscription features. The account manager will be responsible for building relationships, and helping our clients get the most out of their subscription.

The account manager will be responsible for building relationships with our customers and leveraging these relationships to sell new products to existing customers. You should be able to influence business relationships to expand our monthly revenue and meet growth targets. To be successful as an account manager you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top account manager should also be very competitive and a good listener. This person will monitor key metrics to identify which customers are at risk of cancelling, and and take a proactive approach to ensure retention.

Account Manager activities include:

-Handling day-to-day customer success activities for MemoryShare’s customers, spanning from the initial stages of onboarding to continued engagement and retention.

-Building loyal customer relationships to fuel MemoryShare’s growth, including quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders, and securing testimonials/case studies that reflect their success as a trusted partner.

-Work with on-boarding new subscribers.

-Build relationships with current customers, scout for new opportunities.

-Be a brand advocate who contributes ideas, strategies, and logic to advance the MemoryShare brand, culture, and vision.

-A track record as a high producer in a client facing position either in Sales or Account Management – ideally, you’ve successfully managed accounts in software businesses, but if you are known to be a quick learner this can be overlooked.

-Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat. Our customers like to call and text specifically.

-Experience with team and personal productivity tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, or others.

-Learn our software, then on-board new customers. Provide training to customers.

-Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of the webcasting suite. Use this information to sell them relevant products to solve their pain.

-Make monthly calls to current customers to scout for new business opportunities.

-Share and log feature requests and effective workarounds with team members. We want to know what you think and how we can be better with your specific insights.

-Inform customers about new features and functionalities.

-Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

Requirements

-Comfortable using help desk software and remote support tools.
-A keen ability to teach, inform, and educate customers to ensure they have a solid understanding and positive attitude towards MemoryShare.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-Previous experience building relationships, and selling products or services.
-Able to keep appointments and your own calendar.
-Self Sufficient in day to day tasks.
-Willing to ask questions.

Compensation

Total Compensation: $50,000-$70,000
