Overview

  • Manage single rooftop funeral home team (staff of 4) and supervise all aspect of the funeral home operations
  • Acts as the team’s leader on services, product knowledge, at-need presentations, prices, paperwork, compliance and customer service
  • Train staff and provide coaching to ensure that all staff meet/exceed customer expectations
  • Coordinate interactions between the funeral home and all cemeteries
  • Create a positive work environment where employees work effectively
  • Represent the funeral home at public speaking engagements and community forums
  • Conducts “one-on-one” coaching sessions with management to review performance and develop organizational and/or management skills
  • Oversee crematory operation
