Job Title: Partner Enablement Manager

Position Overview:
Eterneva is looking for a passionate and driven Partner Enablement Manager to engage, train, and support our growing network of partners. Our primary partners are funeral homes, but we also work with veterinary offices, jewelers, and other potential high-performing channels. In this role, you’ll build strong, lasting relationships with our partners, empowering them to represent Eterneva’s mission and offerings effectively while driving engagement and performance.
This role requires a love for relationship-building and travel, with up to 75% of your time spent visiting partners in person. You’ll work hands-on with partners to ensure they understand and promote Eterneva’s unique services, while also identifying new markets and partner categories to help expand our business.
Location:
Eterneva is headquartered in Austin, TX, but we are open to remote candidates for this role. The role involves significant travel, so your home base can be flexible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Coaching: Develop and deliver impactful training programs that enhance partners' understanding of Eterneva’s offerings, value propositions, and partner benefits. Ensure partners have the tools and confidence to present Eterneva effectively to their families and customers.
- Partner Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing partners, fostering high levels of engagement and support to ensure maximum performance.
- Market Expansion & Prospecting: Identify and explore new partner categories, such as cremation services, cemeteries, and other potential markets, to drive business growth and test new opportunities.
- Event Planning & Travel: Plan and execute strategic partner events, trade shows, and regional seminars. Spend up to 75% of your time traveling to meet with partners in person, offering onsite support and fostering long-term connections.
- Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback from partners and share insights to improve training programs, partner tools, and overall partnership strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in partner enablement, business development, or sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect effectively with a diverse range of partners, including those in funeral homes, veterinary offices, and beyond.
- Willingness to travel frequently for work, with experience managing a travel-heavy schedule.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the funeral or death care industry is a significant plus and will be considered an asset for this role.
- Proven track record of partner enablement and driving partner success.
